  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items such as customized products, personalized items, or final sale items may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@9ME.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will guide you on how to proceed with the return, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
  4. Ship the product back to us within 5 days of receiving the return approval.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement product instead of a cash refund, depending on the nature of the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
